From Benchy to Business
Addi-c-tive 3D started with a screwdriver, a construction kit and a passion for creating. What started as a hobby in a Dutch attic—building a 3D printer from scratch—quickly grew into a practical journey full of technology, experimentation, and endless optimisation. With a background in mechanical problem-solving and a love for smart systems, I found 3D printing to be the perfect combination of creativity and precision.
Since 2014, I have grown from a curious hobbyist to an independent maker. I design and fine-tune custom printers, work with a wide range of filaments, and explore advanced technologies such as resin and SLS printing. My focus is always on functionality—I deliver smart, reliable, and customised solutions to bring ideas to life.
